Conditions

The deposit required to confirm a reservation is refundable if a notice of cancellation is received at least 21 days prior to arrival, less a fee of 50$.

No deposit refunded in the event of:

• cancellation less than 20 days prior to arrival (even if reserved in that 20 day period)
  
• package cancelled less than 72 hours to arrival
  
• cable, phone,  electrical or aqueduct failures and/or mother nature's mood
  
• late arrivals or early departures
  

Personal cheques are not accepted for final payment.

Cancellation protection available

Housekeeping

For all stays of 7 days or more, change of linens provided at mid stay. However, daily housekeeping service is available with nominal charge.

Security deposit

As the condominiums are privately owned, a security deposit of $100 per person is required on arrival. The deposit is held and credited few days after departure, less any fees for damages or outstanding balance.

Pets

Pets are strictly forbidden. If this rule is not respected, a charge of 100$ will be automatically processed.

Arrival / Departure

The condominiums are available as of 5:00 p.m. and check-out is at 11:00 a.m.
