Property Surveillance and Maintenance

The aim of this service is to inspect and maintain your property during your absence and minimize the risk of "unpleasant surprises."

Our PROPERTY SURVEILLANCE service will give you peace of mind, because we will keep an eye on your property and belongings whenever you are away. Be it for a few days, a few weeks or a few months, you can take off knowing that your investment is in good hands.

We offer two different programs; read on for details.

-SÉCURIMAX-

This is ideal for long absences or for owners who live outside the region.

During our regular inspection visits, we will:

• Check doors and windows as well as the alarm system
• Check for signs of vandalism
• Check the heating system and its controls
• Check the plumbing
• Retrieve garbage cans, newspapers, and junk mail
• Make maintenance or renovation recommendations

Other services are also available at a very reasonable cost:

Maintenance serivce for various work:

• Snow removal
• Plant care
• Spreading of abrasive materials
• Lawn mowing
• Repairs
• Pool and hot tub maintenance

Provision of reliable contractors :

• Locksmith
• Housekeeping
• Plumber
• Electrician

Our SURVEILLANCE AND MAINTENANCE service offers assistance around the clock, seven days a week in case of emergency.

To give you continuous information on your property, we provide a written report for each of our inspections.

RATES

A minimum of one (1) visit per week is required to maintain your status within the SÉCURIMAX program. Some conditions apply.

-SÉCURIVAC-

Ideal for when you're away on vacation for a week or more.

The program includes:

• Two regular weekly visits
• Changes to indoor/outdoor lighting
• Entrance snow removal if needed (2 cm+ accumulation)
• Lawn care (2 weeks +)
• Control of energy equipment
